RapidLedger runs AI on-premise (Ollama) — your data never leaves your servers. Two models do the work: qwen3.5:9b for text/reasoning/structured output, and gemma4:12b for vision (scanned documents). Thinking mode is off by default for fast replies.

A collapsible panel on the right edge of every page (the “AI Insights” tab). Ask questions about whatever you're viewing and get answers grounded in the actual numbers — in INR.
- Deep-dive preset buttons: executive summary, spot anomalies, explain trends, what-if.
- Works on the Dashboard, P&L, Balance Sheet, Trial Balance, Cash Flow, Drawing Power, Inventory, Ageing, Tax Summary, Sales Summary — the page's data is fed to the model automatically.
- Example: on Cash Flow, ask “which month was worst and why?” → it answers from the live figures.
RapidBot chat
A general accounting/GST assistant (floating chat). Defaults to no thinking mode for fast replies; you can toggle thinking on for step-by-step reasoning. Knows Indian accounting, GST (CGST/SGST/IGST), Ind AS and Schedule III.
AI tools across the app
Chart of Accounts — generate + AI review
The setup wizard builds a deterministic, GST-rate-wise chart of accounts for your industry, then an AI reviewer suggests ledgers it may have missed (e.g. a clinic → pharmacy stock, lab-equipment depreciation). You accept suggestions with one click.
Smart HSN / SAC lookup
In the item master and every invoice/bill line, type a code OR a plain description — it matches a seeded GST code table, with an AI fallback that classifies free text into the right HSN/SAC + GST rate. Picking a result fills the code and the tax rate.
Inventory item picker
Invoice/bill description cells search your inventory master; picking an item fills description, rate, unit, HSN and GST rate in one go.
Document OCR (Smart Capture)
Upload an invoice/bill/receipt — the model extracts vendor, number, date, GSTINs, taxable, tax and line items. Scanned images use the vision model. Low-confidence extractions are clearly flagged for review (never silently posted).
Bank reconciliation
Auto-matches bank transactions to book entries on amount + date + reference, with an AI tie-break for ambiguous cases.

Pick your industry and sub-type (and describe your business) — the wizard tailors modules and the chart of accounts to exactly what you do.
